(1) The Commission shall conduct its work in an open and transparent manner (2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), actions that adversely affect the honor, self-respect, privacy or security of a person, disturb peace and order or adversely affect the investigation process may be kept secret.
(3) The Commission may publish the details of its work from time to time for the information of the general public including the victims.
